Want to change your body balance?

My friend keeps saying, “My balance is not good and I find it difficult to sleep and be slack and do exercise rarely these days” How can I change my life routine?

 

I was thinking, his environment setting could be a problem for him to change his body routine.

 

Normally, our body balance is designed to follow what our body needs. In the morning, we are born to be staying in bed more when we get up. But you have to think that this is something your gene command is not working.

 

For example, you can use a timer to wake up your body or listen to music something you like that makes your body awaken and boost up your body.

 

 

Just do aerobic exercise whatever you can execute easily.

Go for a walk, do a stationary bike, even you can run on the ground for 10 minutes.

Your body balance is automatically active and viable.

 

Just have a shower and have a cup of water.

 

You will feel much better, do some reading books for 20 minutes what you like and get some ideas about how you are doing.

 

 

And start your activities of daily living. Do it for 21 days.

 

 

Your body balance will be much better than what it should be!!!
