I have been asked from many people "My posture is awkward, not straight, feeling uncomfortable". You can imagine people like slouched and prolonged sitting and standing while at work and housework. Temporary stress does not really matter to our body as it can recover quickly. Accumulated stress causes imbalance in our body and turns out to be muscle tension, pain, numbness and tingling. So, how to avoid this problem?
Here are suggestions for all people who suffer from posture stress;
1.when sitting, strengthen hip straight, position legs as wide as their shoulder, look straight.
2.when standing, regular stretching on neck, shoulders, hips and knees, ankles every 30 minutes.
3.Waking up in the morning, hold your body by crossing arms together, turn 20 times to both sides and it will refresh your body tune and feel better.
4.When doing a smartphone, keep your distance for at least 30cm away and 10-15 degrees upward from your eye.
By achieving your goal to remain stress-free from your atmosphere, this is the time to start changing your body routine. you will face a different life from what you had before in terms of energy levels, concentration levels.
Hopefully it helps and I will get back to you for the new post.
See you then.
